Organizational and Institutional Privacy Cards
Overview
Give staff and visitors a clear, professional privacy cue at check-in. These bulk cards are ideal for clinics, hospitals, schools, and offices. Choose a Pack size and Branding above; Dawn will update price, media, and availability automatically.
- Pack size: 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000 (each selection is a pack of identical cards).
- Branding: Standard PAM (PAM shield) or Co-branded (your logo lockup).
- Tip: If you see a “Quantity” control, that is the number of packs (e.g., Quantity 2 × Pack 500 = 1,000 cards).

Branding Options
Standard PAM: PAM shield branding (fastest turnaround).
Co-branded: Your organization’s logo is added in a clean lockup. We’ll send a digital proof for approval before production.
Logo & Artwork Specs (Co-brand)
- Preferred file: Vector SVG/AI/EPS; high-res PNG (transparent) also accepted.
- Colors: Provide brand HEX/PMS if specific; otherwise we’ll match visually.
- Clearspace: We maintain safe margins; logo appears on front with the PAM shield.
After checkout, you’ll receive upload instructions. Proof arrives within 1–2 business days.
Proofs & Timing
- Select Pack size and Branding, then add to cart.
- Complete checkout. For co-brand orders we email a link to upload your logo and confirm details.
- Digital proof within 1–2 business days. Production starts after approval.
- Production: typically 5–10 business days after proof approval; rush available.

FAQ
Can we order multiple packs?
Yes. Use the Quantity control to order multiple packs of the selected size (e.g., Qty 2 × Pack 500 = 1,000 cards).
What about inserts or sleeves?
We can include card sleeves or educational inserts. Contact us for packaging options and pricing.
Do PAM cards replace HIPAA/FERPA?
No. PAM cards reinforce respectful privacy practices and complement your compliance program; they are not a substitute for regulations.
