We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@privacyactionmember.com, and we will make it right.

For standard returns, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Because PAM-Cards are low-cost, shareable items, we aim to resolve issues quickly rather than create unnecessary friction.
